A difficult repair, evaluated the same day
“I contacted Sunstate plumbing to give me an evaluation of a difficult repair. I was fortunate to have been visited by Mike McIntosh. He was very thorough in his analysis of the problem and review of repair options. He explained it in layman's terms so I understood the whole situation. Thanks Mike. The repair quote was very good. A special note, they realized the urgency of this situation and showed up the same day I contacted them. Thanks”

Broken water heater, gas to electric
“Mike and Ron both came out to assess my situation of a broken water heater. They were very nice to deal with, explaining every detail of changing from gas to electric. Mike came out a few days later and replaced the heater in a quick and efficient manner. We discussed future issues as I know I'll be using them again. Would definitely recommend!”

Most calls in the West Valley start with a water heater. This is how one goes with Sunstate.

The call
You get the office, not a menu. Same-day scheduling is often open, and after hours the emergency line is answered by a real person, 24/7.

The diagnosis
No hot water usually traces to a tripped breaker, a failed thermostat or element, or sediment from hard water. Leaks show at the connections, the tank or the temperature and pressure relief valve. You hear what failed and what the options cost before anything is replaced.

The install
Gas or electric, sized to the house, vented properly and fitted with a working T&P valve as Arizona code requires. Switching from gas to electric? The crew walks you through every detail first.

The upkeep
The Valley's very hard water leaves sediment in the tank and eats the anode rod. An annual flush and an anode-rod check keep both in hand, and the standard tune-up is on the specials page.

The same crew handles commercial plumbing for restaurants, retail centers, office buildings and manufacturing, with 24/7 emergency service and a certified tester for backflow inspections, repairs and annual re-tests. On new construction, Sunstate works with developers and general contractors from underground rough-in to final fixtures, and new-construction estimates are free.
“Love Sunstate Plumbing. Always quick to get to you when you have a plumbing issue. Very reasonable on pricing. Honest. Work is done quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend. Mike and Ron are easy to talk to and very trustworthy.”Tonya P., Google
